Our House

Welcome to Alpha Xi Delta! One of the best experiences that our chapter at Michigan State has to offer is the opportunity to live in Xi house. We are located at 855 Grove Street across from the public library and just a short walk away from downtown East Lansing and Michigan State University's campus.

Alpha Xi Delta offers multiple living arrangements including two, three, and four person rooms. Every room includes beds, dresser storage, and closet space. We have a community-style bathroom on each floor with ample shower and bathroom stalls as well as shelving to store your personal toiletries.

Our house has common areas that are open to all chapter members where girls are encouraged to study and socialize with their friends. Our main chapter room has air conditioning and we offer free printing to all members. We have two main study rooms attached to the chapter room- the MSU room and executive room, but our main chapter room is also equipped with tables and chairs. Our TV and Netflix rooms are popular hang out places where girls watch movies and TV together. These rooms have comfy couches and large flat-screen TVs.

The basement in Xi House includes our laundry facilities and our kitchen and dining area. This is where our chef cooks meals for live-in girls and chapter dinner for all members. Our house also has a patio with tables and chairs which is a common hang-out and study spot when the weather is nice. Chapter members have free access to the laundry machines and are able to access the house at all times with key-fob entry.
